The Long Covid Clinic: What You CAN Do

The Long Covid Clinic team continue to release an excellent set of introductory tutorial videos plus ‘Fireside Chats’ with the experts.

The Long Covid Clinic is a channel focused on what you can do if you have Long Covid or another similar condition, such as ME or Fibromyalgia. These videos are in my opinion generally just as applicable to ME as they are Long Covid. The “What to tell your friends” video was an eyeopener.

We suggest starting at the beginning and working your way slowly, whilst pacing yourself, of course!

Videos

The Long Covid Clinic team start with self contained videos, but later move to a “Fireside Chats” format (where experts are interviewed).

I found it was good to get the background from the early videos first, as however much I already know, I find that there’s always something useful that I’ve missed!
